What we subtract
We only subtract tax, refunds and the payment feeNothing else is ever deducted. No admin fees, no marketing costs, no 'reasonable expenses'., plus the two capped costs below where they apply. Nothing else.
- Sales tax or VAT we pass to the government.
- Refunds we actually return to a buyer.
- The card or payment fee on that sale, at cost.
- Tax we are legally required to withhold, with a receipt.
- Only on money from YouTube Content ID: the Content ID partner's cut, never more than 30%.
- Only on money we recover from someone who used your clip without a license: outside legal costs, never more than 30%.
When you get paid

You can stop
Cancel free in the first 30 days after your clip goes live. Once it has been live 6 months, leave any time with 30 days' notice.
Unlike some agencies, this deal never turns into ownership of your video, and it is not forever.
YouTube Content ID
We are setting up YouTube Content ID. Once it is running, you get the same 55% of that money, after the Content ID partner's cut.
We chase unlicensed use and you are never billed.
No sale is guaranteed. You are paid when a buyer pays.
Using a licensed video
Monetized YouTube compilations on your listed channels are included. Editing and reuse are included. TV is excluded. Paid ads off YouTube are excluded. Published videos may stay up if you stop buying. Uncleared music and faces require separate permission.
Your agreement
A submission does not execute an agreement. Existing executed agreements retain their agreed terms.
